Act

A few options this week.  I know most of you have a little more time than usual, so let's use that time to do something good for the world.
  1. Join the "Hallelujah Chorus" for All Saints' Easter Service Video.  No singing required. Due by Wednesday. Instructions here.
  2. Clean Your Room!  No, seriously!  Did you know that Holy Wednesday was traditionally a day for spring cleaning before the Great Three Days (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday?) Cleaning our physical spaces can have a spiritually renewing effect.
  3. Cook a special meal for your family on Maundy Thursday in remembrance of Jesus' last supper when he instituted the Eucharist.
  4. Plant a tree or other plant, or do some gardening, as a reminder that on Good Friday, the tree (cross) on which Jesus died has been transformed into the tree of life for the healing of the world.
  5. Create an artistic rendering of one of the traditional Stations of the Cross. The stations of the cross depict 14 scenes from Jesus passion.  They are listed on Wikipedia page.  Choose one and create a drawing, painting, poem, dance or some other artistic expression for the station of your choice.
  6. Download this Holy Week At-Home Guide, and select at least one activity to complete with your family.
